Hana Creger, Senior Program Manager of Climate Equity, Greenlining Institute
Hana works on the development and implementation of policies and programs leading to clean mobility and climate resilience investments that will benefit low-income communities of color. She was the lead author of the Mobility Equity Framework, a tool that can be used to maximize equity outcomes and community engagement in transportation planning and decision-making. Hana was also the lead author of Clean Mobility Equity: A Playbook, a report outlining best practices, lessons learned and recommendations for advancing equity while decarbonizing the transportation sector. She serves on a number of advisory committees for cities, agencies, universities, and nonprofits for projects relating to shared mobility, public transit, electric mobility and autonomous vehicles. Hana holds a B.A. in sustainability from San Diego State University.
Nick Josefowitz, Chief Policy Officer, SPUR
Nick manages SPUR's policy team, responsible for developing and advancing powerful policy ideas across sustainability, resilience, housing and transportation in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose and across the Bay Area. Previously, Nick founded and ran a solar energy development company and served as a BART director, where he led efforts to pass and issue a $3.5 billion infrastructure bond, transition BART to 100% renewable power and pass state legislation to enable new housing at BART stations. He is currently a commissioner for the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. He has served on the boards of Capitol Corridor and the San Francisco Environment Commission.

Will Barrett, Senior Director of Clean Air Advocacy, American Lung Association in California
In his role as Clean Air Advocacy Director, Will Barrett leads the American Lung Association’s work on California’s landmark clean air and climate change programs, focusing on the clean air and public health benefits of sustainable transportation policies. Since joining the team in 2009, Mr. Barrett has represented the American Lung Association before the California Legislature and California Air Resources Board and has provided testimony before federal, state, regional and local agencies engaged in clean air and climate policy. Will has served as the public health representative on advisory panels convened by the California Air Resources Board, the California Energy Commission and other public agencies, and serves on the board of directors for the Center for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technologies.Caro Jauregui, Co-Executive Director, California Walks
Caro is an active transportation professional and mobility justice advocate who has dedicated herself to pedestrian safety through her work with California Walks and in her community of unincorporated West Whittier in Los Angeles County. She joined California Walks in 2015. Caro graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008 with a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies. She received her Master of Public Policy in 2013 from Mills College. She currently serves as a Trustee in the Whittier City School District.
Eli Lipmen, Executive Director, Move LA
Move LA is a coalition-building nonprofit that led the campaign for transformative public transit funding in Los Angeles County. Eli raises funds for Move LA's annual budget and organizes campaigns to create affordable housing, fund public transit operations, address climate change, and clean California's air. He is also an Adjunct Professor of marketing at the American Jewish University's School of Enterprise Management and Social Impact, the first socially conscious MBA program in the U.S. Mr. Lipmen was appointed by Mayor Eric Garcetti to the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners, overseeing 99 local Neighborhood Councils throughout the City of LA. He was elected for a third term as Commission President and has worked to pilot online voting, expand voting eligibility to youth, and promote more participation in the largest grassroots democracy system in the country. He lives with his partner and three kids in West Adams.
Julia Randolph, Policy and Outreach Associate, Coalition for Clean Air
Julia has spent the past two years working as the Policy and Outreach Associate for the Coalition for Clean Air. Prior to working with CCA, she did policy, outreach, and environmental work for the California Bicycle Coalition, CA Low Carbon Fuel and Energy Coalition, and with the California Governor’s office on the Global Climate Action Summit. Julia has a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University. She has a strong passion for protecting the environment and loves all things outdoors.
Amy Thomson, Transportation Policy Analyst, TransForm
Amy is a transportation policy analyst for TransForm with a focus on accessible and affordable transportation systems that connect people to recreational and economic opportunities. She discovered city planning working as a journalist. Attending city and county government meetings opened a lens on what mattered to the residents who had the ability to apply for an ADU on their property or advocate for sidewalks leading to their local bus stop. Now, she analyzes transportation policies and manages campaigns across the state, building coalitions and advocating for progressive transportation policies and funding.
Bryn builds coalitions to create better multi-mobility options and more inclusive, livable, and thriving communities. As co-chair of LA Metro's Sustainability Council and as the Environment & Social Equity representative on LA Metro's Policy Advisory Council, her top priorities are higher-quality bus service (dedicated lanes, bus shelters, and better job quality), green infrastructure-protected bike lanes, and community-driven place-keeping strategies. Bryn is lead facilitator of the Inland Southern California Climate Collaborative (ISC3), where impacts of the logistics sector are a primary focus. In 2020, she was awarded the 'Slayer of Stupid Freeways; Defender of Joshua Trees' Streetsie Award (by Streetsblog) for her successful organizing in the High Desert. In collaboration with ClimatePlan, Bryn was lead author of the 'More Choices, Less Traffic' vehicle miles traveled (VMT) framing document (2018), as well as the 'Lead the Way, CA' transportation platform (2018), which targeted the incoming Newsom Administration and led to the development of the California 'Climate Action Plan for Transportation Infrastructure' (CAPTI). She has a B.A. in public policy from Swarthmore College, an MSc. in sustainable planning from Roskilde University (Denmark), and is currently teaching a course in urban sustainability at the USC Price School of Public Policy.
