In case you haven't heard yet, I am thrilled to let you know that our former Executive Director, Nailah Pope-Harden, was appointed by Governor Newsom earlier this year as Deputy Director for Equity and Tribal Affairs at the California Department of Transportation; I hope you join me in congratulating her on this new role!

Since then I've been working as Interim Executive Director to continue to regularly convene our network, while starting strategic planning conversations with our advisory board. I look forward to looping you in as we aim to ramp up towards our next phase of co-developing a campaign plan with our network to win the changes our communities need.

As we spend the next few months in this phase of forward thinking about the work we need to do together, we'll be anchoring California’s leadership in a national effort aimed at investing in transit, biking, walking, and vehicle electrification that leads to carbon reduction, driving racial equity, cooling the planet, and strengthening the economy. 

In order to scale up and carry this work forwards, we are looking to grow the ClimatePlan team and hire our next Executive Director!

Compensation: Salary $100,000- $120,000 and benefits
