Health Guidelines for Local and Regional Plans
STATUS: Signed by Governor Brown, 9/20/12
This bill would require Office of Planning and Research (OPR) to include health issues in their guidelines for local and regional general plans. It also requires California Transportation Commission (CTC) to include health issues in their guidelines for the regional transportation plans. More information on AB 441
